Description: We are conducting a series of studies assessing spin in the biomedical literature. The chosen areas of medicine are cardiology, otolaryngology, orthopedic surgery, obesity medicine, psychiatry, anesthesiology, and emergency medicine. Each individual study is being conducted parallel to the others at the time time. This is the central methods for all studies.
