**University of Chicago ReproducibiliTea** was started by postdocs and graduate students from the psychology and neuroscience departments to discuss meta-science topics relevant to both disciplines and cultivate an open science culture. **Format** Every two weeks, we start with a brief presentation on the selected topic and chosen paper, before opening it up for questions and discussion.
