Description: An exploration of Latin usage in poetry of Croatian author Paulus Ritter Vitezović, including a comparison of his verse-endings with those of Ovid.
About Ritter's poetic language
The hypothesis is that relatively little of poetic language characteristic for Ovid's epistles (Heroides, Tristia, Ex Ponto) is present in the Neo-Latin epistles by Ritter Vitezović.
