Wiki Version:
This site contains instructions for constructing, fixing, and running a scientific outreach project. We have run this at the local county fair in order to teach late elementary/early middle school students the basics of nerve conduction and muscle contraction. The specifics of what this project accomplishes can be found in our paper: Higgins et al., Bringing Biophysics Outreach to a Rural County Fair, The Biophysicist (accepted April 2023)
