The reaction time data were taken from a Posner cueing experiment described by Pirrone et al. (2018), available at: http://dx.doi.org/10.1177/0301006618802689
The data are provided in the file [RTdata.RData][1], which contains two matrices *allC* and *allI*, recording reaction time data for the congruent (C) and incongruent (I) cue conditions. The first dimension of each matrix is participant number, the second dimension is trial number.
Data were analysed using the script [powercontoursRT.R][2], which generates [Figure 2][3].
Paths in the script will require updating to reflect local directory structures.
