Description: This project explored associations between paternal body mass index around the time of conception and offspring DNA methylation in cord blood at birth and peripheral whole blood at childhood. Independent cohorts carried out epigenome-wide association studies (EWAS) according to a pre-specified analysis plan. The summary statistics from these EWAS were then meta-analysed. These meta-analysis summary statistics are made available here along with the code used to conduct the analysis.
