Category: Project

Description: This project explores associations between paternal body mass index around the time of conception and offspring DNA methylation in cord blood at birth and peripheral whole blood at childhood. Independent cohorts carry out epigenome-wise association studies (EWAS) according to a pre-specified analysis plan. The summary statistics from these EWAS are then meta-analysed.
