Wiki Version:
The zip file contains the reproducible data and R code for the study entitled "Acclimatisation affects synchrony in space use and the frequentation of multiple colonies in translocated Griffon Vultures (textit{Gyps fulvus)". The folder contains two sub-folders: "Code" contains the R code and "Data" contains the data for running the analysis. Due to the impossibilty to share the original GPS location, that were collected within the LIFE Safe for Vultures project (https://www.lifesafeforvultures.eu/), we already calculated occurrence distributions with dynamic Brownian Bridge Movement Models (dBBMMs). In the "Code" folder, there are four codes: - "Script_ODEstimation_dBBMM_20241014.R" estimates the OD through dBBMMs, but it is not replicable due to data constraints - "Script_ColonyUse_20241014.R" runs the categorical ordered-logit model to quantify the probability of colony use - "Script_OverlapEstimation_20240417.R" estimate the overlap in individual ODs by different griffon vultures - "Script_OverlapModeling_07May2024.R" runs the GLMs to model the evolution of individual overlap in ODs through time The folder data contains the following datasets: - "Data_ColonyUse_20240402.Rdata" contains the biweekly colony use, which are needed by "Script_ColonyUse_20241014.R" - "Data_Overlap_20240430.Rdata" contains the biweekly correlation in ODs, which are needed by "Script_OverlapModeling_07May2024.R" For further information please contact dr.
