<p>This is the official registration and data and code repository for the Silcton Hippocampal volume project (now published in the journal Cortex: <a href="https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0010945219300371" rel="nofollow">https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0010945219300371</a>).</p> <p>There are two ways to view the data and code from this project. </p> <p>1) Check out the <a href="https://github.com/smweis/Silcton_MRI" rel="nofollow">Github repo</a>, which hosts the public processed data, a codebook, and a viewable Jupyter notebook with all analyses that appear in the paper, as well as additional exploratory analyses. </p> <p>2) <a href="https://mybinder.org/v2/gh/smweis/Silcton_MRI/master" rel="nofollow">Go directly to an interactive version of the Jupyter Notebook</a>, which allows you to run your own analyses on the processed data. </p> <p>The raw data and all measures are available as part of this OSF repo.</p>
