Description: Chapter (preliminary acceptance) that reports on preliminary findings of sources of stress in educators in the state of Connecticut. Utilizing mixed-methods and traditional methodology for qualitative thematic coding, it finds statistically significant differences between sources of stress for educators of color and white educators. These findings have implications for further research on educator well-being, as well as standard research methodology when researching stress in a BBIPOC population.
