Description: This data repository provides processed microstructural intensity profiles for commonly used datasets, including: - BigBrain (cytoarchitecture via Merker staining) - AHEAD Brain (microstructure via Bielschowsky staining and parvalbumin immunoreactivity) - MICA-MICs (3T, quantitative T1 acquired with MP2RAGE, 50 subjects) - MICA-PNI (7T, quantitative T1 acquired with MP2RAGE and magnetization transfer, 10 subjects) We additionally include scripts to convert intensity profiles to microstructural profile covariance (MPC) matrices as done in Paquola et al. (2019) PLoS Bio (https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pbio.3000284). You can also check out micapipe (https://github.com/MICA-MNI/micapipe; https://doi.org/10.1016/j.neuroimage.2022.119612), which offers containerized scripts to generate intensity profiles and MPC from your own data (among many other things). If you are using any of the processed data provided here in your work, please cite the repository as well as the original source dataset from which it was generated.
