### Integration of Dataverse with the Open Science Framework - Time for Use Cases [Dataaverse Community Meeting][1]: June 14 - June 16 shlake@virginia.edu Use Case Form: [http://tinyurl.com/dv-osf][2] #### Proposal #### At the very first Dataverse Community meeting in 2015, the Dataverse addon for OSF was unveiled. For the 2017 Community meeting, this presentation will give a brief review (what you can do, can't do) and demonstrate how I've worked with the Center for Open Science to re-do their addon for Dataverse V4.x The presentation will conclude with generating interest from the community members in creating use cases. I truly believe that Dataverse has a place for publishing (and preserving) data with the Open Science Framework. I would like to see Dataverse and the OSF integrated more in researchers' lifecycle and unless we, as a community, propose "real use cases", to the Center for Open Science, I do not believe that will happen. My presentation is on June 16 in the panel "D*ataverse Tool Integrations to Support the Data Lifecycle*" [1]: https://projects.iq.harvard.edu/dcm2017 [2]: http://tinyurl.com/dv-osf
