All study data and materials are provided here. Each folder contains the following: **Training session data:** Data from training sessions, including MATLAB data files and extraction code. Pre-extracted data is also provided in a CSV file. **Cognitive assessments:** Data from cognitive assessments including MATLAB data files and extraction code. **Exploratory analyses:** R code and data for replicating exploratory analyses reported in the study. **Cognitive tasks:** MATLAB code and materials for each of the study assessment tasks. Each of these require the Psychtoolbox function available for download online (http://psychtoolbox.org/download) and were run on MATLAB version 2016b. *Note:* See readme file for instructions on data extraction. A study log outlining dates of data collection for each participant is included in "Older_adults_training_data_log.xlsx"
