We propose the development of a Lab Manual Template which could help researchers incorporate more efficient, transparent, and reproducible practices into their daily work. During the hackathon, participants will help us identify important practices and guidelines to include in a lab manual template designed for social scientists. We will also develop a web infrastructure that enables the lab manual to be easily customized and updated according to the needs of individual labs.
