# Regions of Interest ## Content ### anatomical.zip Masks derived from the Harvard-Oxford cortical probabilistic atlas for the parahippocampal place area (PPA) and lateral occipital complex (LOC), thresholded (thr), and binarized (bin). See Supplemental Material for detailed information. ### neurosynth.zip Masks obtained from a meta-analysis in neurosynth with the terms "place" (to identify PPA) and "object recognition" (to identify LOC). ### rois_mni.zip ROIs, normalized in MNI (Montreal Neurological Institute) space, ultimately used for the extraction of the contrast parameter estimates ("COPE") and parameter estimates ("PE") using FSL's Featquery tool—after conversion to each individual's native functional dimensions from this standard space.
