Description: In this project we tracked males of Phyllobates vittatus using the technique harmonic direction finder. At the beginning of the code, its the calculations to obtain the real position of the individuals from the observer's position. The other part of the code is the transformation to spatial data and the calculation of the MCP and k50 area. Coordinates are not shared due to the sensitivity of this endangered species as one of its main threats its illegal pet trade. The code, however, is available.
