**Supplementary data for** Knief U, Hemmrich-Stanisak G, Wittig M, Franke A, Griffith SC, Kempenaers B, Forstmeier W 2016: Fitness Consequences of Polymorphic Inversions in the Zebra Finch Genome We uploaded genotype (SNP-calls HiSeq 2000 pooled sequencing, Illumina Infinium iSelect HD Custom BeadChip SNP-genotypes, Sequenom tagging-SNP-genotypes) and phenotype (morphology, embryo mortality, fitness, pedigrees) data of wild and captive zebra finches here. A detailed description of all files is in the README. We kindly request other working groups to get in contact with us (forstmeier[at]orn.mpg.de) prior to using our data for other purposes than reconstructing our analyses. Read data from the pool-sequencing experiment are in the European Nucleotide Archive (accession # ERP016944).
