LAD atlas

This data comprises the annotation of the LADatlas. The tabular data file consists of the following columns:

  • chromosome name
  • (i)LAD start position (1-based)
  • (i)LAD end position
  • length of (i)LAD
  • strand ('*' always)
  • LAD-type; cLAD, fLAD, ciLAD, fiLAD

The LADs coordinates are relative to genome build hg19.
