***Analysis code for fMRI pattern analysis*** from the manuscript "Human brain representations of internally generated outcomes of approximate calculation revealed by ultra-high-field brain imaging" by Czajko, Vignaud & Eger 'rsa_predictor_matrices' contains information to create the predictor matrices for representational similarity analysis. rsa_roi_analysis.m - representational similarity analysis (RSA) using multiple regression on fMRI distance matrices, applied to regions of intrest - requires Matlab and the CosmoMVPA Toolbox (www.cosmomvpa.org/) rsa_searchlight_analysis.m - representational similarity analysis (RSA) using multiple regression on fMRI distance matrices, applied in a searchlight - requires Matlab and the CosmoMVPA Toolbox (www.cosmomvpa.org/) decoding_roi_analysis.py - multivariate decoding analysis using support vector regression (SVR) - requires python 3, numpy, scipy, scikit learn - when using Anaconda, nibabel needs to be installed in addition (conda install -c conda-forge nibabel)
