Description: The study we aim to replicate finds that in strategic interactions a player is influenced by self-similarity. Therefore we analyse the actions and the reported beliefs of materialistic players in a two-player two-action symmetric game. If the reported beliefs are positively correlated with the action it constitutes evidence for the presence of self-similarity. Original citation: Rubinstein, A. & Salant, Y. (2016).
