Description: Investigation of the use of the systematic review method in published journal articles and conference proceedings in engineering disciplines. The goal is to determine if the method is understood and appropriately applied within engineering research, given that conversations with faculty regularly indicate a desire to be systematic without understanding the breadth of the research method indicated with the systematic review title.
