Description: Based on the tool LineageD which we developed and evaluated, we added five different machine learning models in the system to help predict the cell lineage. With the tool, instead of building the hierarchy tree totally manually, biologists could check the predicted assignments, and correct them if there are mistakes. We designed visualizations of both the overview and the detailed view and organized the multiple models prediction results for biologists to refer to. The purpose of our study is to know how the system could help biologists to better make cell lineage with the help of machine learning,
