**Goal** The aim of this digital humanities project is to compile a relational database of scholars who contributed academic efforts at Mekteb-i Mülkiye (now the Faculty of Political Sciences of Ankara University) from 1859 to date. The project includes biographical information about - *Lecturers* who taught at Mülkiye in different periods between 1859 to date - *Researchers* who published with one of Mülkiye affiliations from 1859 to date Lecturers and researchers currently working at Mülkiye are excluded. **Methodology** We utilize various open and low-code applications, tools, and platforms such as Zotero, Google products (Sheets, Docs, Drive, and Sites), Timeline JS, and Graph Commons to help illustrate our findings. The dataset used in this study is created by utilizing the following sources: - Ali Çankaya, *Mülkiye Tarihi ve Mülkiyeliler* (1954, 1969) - Mülkiye Archives While preparing this study, we also the inventory of [the Turkish Political Economy Database][1] and the studies on the history of Mulkiye. **Attributes on the Database** First name, last name, title, AKA, about, date of birth, city of birth, country of birth, date of death, city of death, country of death, gender, nationality, millet/ethnicity, department, first expertise, second expertise, third expertise, last academic affiliation, medrese (or equivalent) education, tertiary education, tertiary field, tertiary city, tertiary country, tertiary or medrese date, first role, second role, third role, PhD institution, PhD field, PhD city, PhD country, PhD date, PhD title, PhD language, 5 selected books, 5 selected articles, languages of publications, autobiography, references. **When will the project be completed?** It is hard to tell. We are constantly revising the datasets, and as we move forward, any public information and visualizations on the project website will be updated automatically to reflect our progress. **Acknowledgements** This project is still in progress, and we put in a lot of effort and careful attention to maintain accurate and current databases. While we strive to be comprehensive, there is a chance that some authors, translators, or publications may be absent. If you come across any errors or omissions, please inform us.
