Category: Project

Description: The goal of this project is to gain a better understanding of the dynamic processes occurring in couples' daily lives during a health behaviour change attempt. We are particularly interested in how they influence and support each other during this process. In this project, we will develop and test a formal model using agent-based modelling. This will support the development of new theories and provide empirical evidence on how, why, and most importantly, when interactions between partners influence success or failure in health behaviour change.
