Variables using data from Gallup Analytics (https://www.gallup.com/analytics/213617/gallup-analytics.aspx) and Migration Policy Institute (www.migrationpolicy.org/programs/migration-data-hub) were removed from the present datasets due to copyright restrictions. Full datasets can be obtained from the corresponding author (Magdalena Rychlowska, M.Rychlowska@qub.ac.uk).
