Wiki Version:
**Acknowledgments** =============== I would like to thank a multitude of individuals and organizations for their help in making this workshop into what it is today. Dr. Rachel Hartnett and Dr. Rachael Eaton were initial sounding boards at the onset of the design process. The Zoology Graduate Student Society in the Department of Integrative Biology at Oklahoma State University provided me with the means of hosting my first workshop. The Research and Learning Services Division at OSU's Edmon Low Library also provided helpful feedback and an in-person location to host this workshop on several occasions. I am also grateful to the numerous volunteer helpers I have had over the years and to Evan Linde from the OSU High Performance Computing Center for enabling a JupyterLab instance for participants to use R and RStudio. I would also like to thank my partner for encouraging me and cheering me on throughout this process. **The materials are designed to be taught in 2 parts:** ------------------------------------------------------- **1 - Basic Coding & Graphing** - Basic Coding & Graphing Workshop Presentation (.pptx) - Fake Grade Data (.csv) - Activity 1 (.pdf) - Activity 2 (.pdf) **2 - Data Analysis** - Data Analysis Workshop Presentation (.pptx) - Fake Grade Data (.csv) - Activity 3 (.pdf) - Activity 4 (.pdf) **Optional Files** - R Code Guide (.pdf) - Activity 1 Answer Key (.pdf) - Activity 2 Answer Key (.pdf) - Activity 3 Answer Key (.pdf) - Activity 4 Answer Key (.pdf) **Files archived under the following components**: Data Files, Workshop Presentations, Workshop Activities, and R Code Guide. *Materials are open for anyone's use and modification with proper credit given.*
