A breif description of each file:
1. **McNemar_test.Rmd**: R Markdown file that contains all the McNemar chi-squared analyses.
2. **Planning_plot.Rmd**: R Markdown file with the code that produces Fig. 2.
3. **Rater reports_JASP.jasp**: JASP file that contains the analyses for the writing quality data.
4. **raw_JASP.jasp**: JASP file that contains the standard frequentist analyses for Attitudes Towards Writing, Planning (helpful/important items only), PHQ4, and the subjective well-being measures. All analyses in this file include all phases and sessions together.
5. **raw_JASP_Bayesian.jasp**: similar to raw_JASP.jasp, except this file contains the Bayesian counterparts to the freqeuntist analyses.
6. **raw_JASP_session1.jasp, raw_JASP_session2.jasp**: JASP files that contain similar analyses to raw_JASP.jasp and raw_JASP_Bayesian.jasp, except these files look at each group (IntMain/Session1 and ConInt/Session2) separately.
7. **Rescue_Time.jasp**: JASP file that contains the Rescue Time analyses.
8. **WritingBeliefsFig.Rmd**: R Markdown file that contains the code to produce Fig. 1.
9. **binom_test.Rmd**: R Markdown file for the binomial tests used to evaluate the shortest time block data.
10. **fig4_binomTests.Rmd**: R Markdown file with the code that produces the boxplots that depict the total amount of Very Productive + Productive time particpants reported from RescueTime. Also includes binomial tests that correspond to this data.
