Description: Supporting online material (R script, testdata.csv, and empirical datafiles) to accompany Myers CE, Interian A and Moustafa AA (2022) A practical introduction to using the drift diffusion model of decision-making in cognitive psychology, neuroscience, and health sciences. Front. Psychol. 13:1039172. doi: 10.3389/fpsyg.2022.1039172 - Note on R scripts: Use version "DDM_guide_revised_15May2023.R" which corrects an error in calculations for Figure 5C; original version (dated 11/3/22) is still provided for transparency only. Also, plot.dmc() routine has issues producing posterior distribution plots (e.g. Fig 7D) when run on PC; appears ok on Mac.
