Contains all analysis scripts and results for Experiment 4. Note that this experiment was Experiment 3 in a previous version of the manuscript. So all code and results refer to this as Experiment 3 although it is Experiment 4. The main analysis file that produces the results report `experiment3_analysis.html` is `experiment3_analysis.Rmd` (an R markdown file). It requires the prepared data file `e3_dat_prepared.rda`, several fitted model files (see below), as well as the helper function `helper_functions.R`. This file can also produce the results figures (as `pdf`s, which are also part of this component). A second analysis file is `experiment3_analysis_step2_reduced.Rmd` which produces `experiment3_analysis_step2_reduced.html`. This file contains the complete analysis of Step 2 repeated with the reduced data set (i.e., after removing all indeterminate responses). This file requires `exp3_inf-str_fjc_models_d3.rda`. `experiment_3-models.R` is the main analysis file fitting all reported GLMMs and LMMs. It produces the following model files: `true_model_selection_exp3_order.rda`, `true_model_selection_exp3_no-order.rda`, `exp3_truth_models.rda`, `exp3_inf-str_fjc_models.rda`, `exp3_step3_models.rda`, and additionally `exp3_inf-str_fjc_models_d3.rda` (which contrary to the actual code only contains the model for step 2 of the reduced data set).
