Description: On the basis of the "Open Science for Pre-Existing Data" Unconference at SIPS on 31 July 2017, this project will create a set of pre-registration commitments for researchers who analyse pre-existing datasets.
A group of secondary-data analyists convened at the Society for the Improvement of Psychological Science on July 31, 2017. As a group, we agreed that pre-registration is an essential step, even in cases where data are pre-collected.
