Description: This Psi Chi webinar provided an overview of how to implement a foundational element of scholarly writing—a literature review for an empirical study—with guidance for undergraduate writers. The APA Style experts outlined key tasks in writing an effective literature review, including how to select an appropriate topic, how to find trustworthy and useful primary sources, and how to structure the writing and citation process, and provided strategies for approaching those tasks. More information on the guidelines and the resources for style and writing shown in this presentation can be found on the APA Style website (https://apastyle.apa.org/).
