This OSF project site includes the analysis plans for an evaluation of a large school-based influenza vaccination program in the San Francisco Bay Area. The program is called Shoo the Flu (www.shootheflu.org). The preprint for the manuscript on influenza vaccination coverage, influenza hospitalization, and school absences is on [medRxiv](https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/19013151v1). The Principal Investigators for evaluation are Art Reingold and Jack Colford at UC Berkeley. The evaluation is funded by the Page Family Foundation. This site includes pre-specified analysis plans.
