Description: Dataset of 11,466 Speeches by European PMs and Presidents (mostly between 2008-2020).
The speeches have been saved as a single .RData file. To open this file you need to have installed R and the quanteda package.
We have the data in raw, csv format too. It is rather large. We can send it to you upon request.
Please read the associated paper on socArxiv for information on how we collected the data and descriptive statistics.
