Description: The study is a randomized controlled study with the primary objective to assess the efficacy of donor-derived cell-free DNA (dd-cfDNA) modulated immunosuppression in reducing acute T-cell mediated rejection following liver transplantation. Additionally, the study aims to evaluate and compare the effectiveness of dd-cfDNA as an early biomarker for detecting allograft rejection in liver transplant recipients, in contrast to conventional liver function tests.
