Wiki Version:
These data and code are for the following publication: Kosakowski HL, Eldaief MC, Buckner RL. (2025). Ventral Striatum is Preferentially Correlated with the Salience Network Including Regions in Dorsolateral Prefrontal Cortex. Journal of Neurophysiology. The file "VS_SAL.zip" contains all of the files in the connectome workbench .scene file so that users can peruse these data. In addition to their location here on OSF, they are also located on BASLA (https://balsa.wustl.edu/). The "code" directory contains all of the custom code used for data analysis. It is important to note that the primary code libraries are not included in this directory but are publicly available through the Yeo Lab and the Buckner Lab. There is a README file in this directory explaining what every each script does. The "misc" directory has the parcel used to identify the region of DLPFC we used for the DLPFC analyses and the template used for the correlation analyses. The "data" directory has two CSV files -- one includes the mean correlation for each seed region and the other lists the coordinates used for each analysis. Supplementary figures are shared on FigShare https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.28760885.v1 Original preprint is located on bioRxiv https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.10.13.618063v2.abstract
