This project was a preliminary study of PPP before developing fit indices to supplement BSEM evaluation (see linked project in **Components**). The R syntax includes sections for generating Mplus scripts to run the simulation (optionally on a cluster), importing the Mplus results into R, and running the reported analyses. The data are provided in *RData file(s), so users do not have to run the simulation to analyze the results. Figures from the actual text are labeled by their number, and additional figures (with captions) for the categorical-data conditions on in the Word file in the "figures" folder
