DCC spring training days 2022 and 2023 **Community Building** *Engaging researchers with data management and Open Science* **DCC Spring Training Days - day 1** In this Spring Training workshop, we learn about community building, discuss examples in which community helps to engage researchers with data management and open science, learn good practices in community building. **Preparation** I prepared a small reading assignment for the session. Please complete it BEFORE June 2. While doing the pre reading, please reflect on your own work and see if things resonate. During the session, there will be time for connecting with one another and sharing questions and experiences. 1. chapter 5.
