Wiki Version:
**Original study:** Joshi, P. D., & Fast, N. J. (2013). Power and reduced temporal discounting. Psychological science, 24, 432–438. **Target of replication:** The target finding for replication is the difference among three groups (high power, low power, and a control group) on measures of temporal discounting in nonmentary tasks. **A priori replication criteria:** A successful replication would find that, priming power reduced temporal discounting in nonmonetary tasks, and, further, connection with the future self mediated the relation between power and reduced discounting. Methods, Data, and Report Study materials are all available under the Files section.
