Wiki Version:
## [Generational Differences][1] In popular management culture, there is a seemingly common understanding that there are noticeable generational differences severely impacting todays’ workforce. These generational differences should have implications for the treatment of current employees and applicants and some argue that organizations should adapt to these generational differences and change their employee and applicant treatment accordingly. Others argue that these generational differences are just stereotypes and trying to adapt to them will probably lead to more cost than benefits. This module advances understanding of the topic of generational differences in the workforce. [1]: https://osf.io/2p3es/
