Deep_Learning_Classification_of_HDPE_and_PET_Spectra.ipynb - Code for creating the 1D CNN which classifies FTIR polymer spectra, code is annotated so that the user can follow along. Code was implemented in Google Colab software. License - The license for using the code. ChabukaAugmentedDataProcessed.txt - Data that was augmented from Chabuka et al. 2020 to add noise and baseline shift which was not present in the original spectrum to teach the model how to remove those undesireable signals from the data. This data needs to be saved on the users Google drive and linked to the code in Google Colab.
