Description: Face – scene associative memory task consists of Encoding block where participants are remembering 42 pairs of a face and a scene, and a Recognition test block where they are categorizing 84 stimuli pairs as correct (previously seen together) or mismatched (familiar stimuli but incorrectly paired). The task was developed to be used with Neuroeletrics StarStim EEG system but can be easily adapted to other EEG devices. All EEG triggers (TCP protocol) are included in the code, therefore need adjustment before use. In case you wish to use the task for behavioral data collection only, it is enough to delete or disable TCP scripts from the code.
