Description: Analysis scripts associated with the manuscript entitled “Disputing space-based biases in unilateral complex regional pain syndrome“ by Monika Halicka (corresponding author, mon.halicka@gmail.com), Axel D Vittersø, Hayley McCullough, Andreas Goebel, Leila Heelas, Michael J Proulx, and Janet H Bultitude. The files include : SPSS syntax file "Baseline_master_syntax" for the descriptive statistics, between-group comparisons (CRPS vs pain-free controls), ANOVAs, and correlation analysis; R code file "DH_boot_LMM.R" for the bootstrapped linear mixed models analysis of the data from the spatially-defined movement task (directional hypokinesia); R code file "Best_subsets_regressions" for the regression analyses to identify best subsets of predictors of selected outcomes. Associated data files can be found in the "Baseline Data" component of this project.
