Wiki Version:
Code and data used to perform the analysis are included in the "Files" section of this web page. The file 'transitions_met_emiss.R' located in the 'code' subdirectory will reproduce the analysis and create figures 3, 4, and 5 in the paper. These can be found in the 'plots' subdirectory. Note: Figure3.png requires some time (~1 hour on a 2016 MacBook Pro) to render.
