Accessing online resources through the library can be difficult — even if the information in them is high-quality. Many library users find search engines like Google easier to navigate. How does one explain to students the value of the information commodities we license (or purchase) for their use? How can we advertise complexity as a feature, not a flaw? This lightning talk describes what has worked in the context of two courses using an ACRL frame as a guide.
