<p>This is supplementary data and MATLAB codes for "Motion parallax via head movements modulates visuo-motor control in pigeons." CSV files at the top-level folder contains trial ("<em>_t.csv") and pecking data ("</em><em>r.csv"). Each folder whose name is "SGMP_test2_1_2__<em>subject name</em></em><em>session number</em>" contains head trajectory data in a trial ("<em>trial number</em>_<em>correction number</em>.csv, x, y, z positions and time from left column").</p> <p>There are five MATLAB codes in the top-level folder. "SGMP_test2_1_calcMData.m" calculate the duration and distance to the visual target on the monitor for each hold phase of pigeon's head. "SGMP_test2_1_calcMData_trial.m" visualize the head trajectory and its hold phases in one trial. "SGMP_test2_1_mResult.m" conducts statistical analysis and visualize the result about the visuo-motor response of pigeons. "SGMP_test2_1_pResult.m" conducts statistical analysis and visualize the result about the perceptual response of pigeons. "SGMP_test2_1_2_peckPstn.m" visualize the pecking position within the visual target for each target size condition.</p>
