Wiki Version:
In this project you can find: - The MVPA matrices that were used as described in the paper to obtain second-order RSA results and thus the representation network - The first-level univariate (UNIVAR) results that were used as described in the paper to obtain the activation network - The first-level functional connectivity (FCA) results that were used as described in the paper to obtain the connectivity network - The ROIs defined as described in our paper Some important notes: - Regarding UNIVAR: In the filenames you'll see subjects 1-9 and no 10 and 11 and then 12-23. Subject '12' is in fact subject 10, subject '13' is in fact subject 11, and so on up until subject '23' which is in fact subject 21. - Regarding FCA: loading in the results, you need to keep in mind the order of the ROIs to understand which correlations correspond to which ROI pairs. Therefore, a text file indicating the order of the ROIs has been added to the folder. The paper can be found here: https://doi.org/10.1101/487199 For further questions or if you want additional files or information, email me at ineke.pillet@kuleuven.be
