This project provides reproducible analytical results for the manuscript "Concentration Depth Profiles of Microplastic Particles in Streamflow and Implications for Surface Sampling." Figures: svg and png files of figures in manuscript. Data and R Code: raw data and source code for analysis used in the study. To use, download the whole component as a zip file and extract at a known location on your desktop drive. Open the R file and set the working directory to where the files were extracted. Make sure that all required libraries are installed. If not, install them. Then run the code line by line and the user can see the entire data analysis work flow for the publication. For REVIEWERS: Spectral validation and sink swim videos will not be made public. Those are solely for internal use.
