## Hi-M Datasets Hi-M datasets are provided as Numpy matrices (one for each dataset. This matrix contains three axis, corresponding to the number of barcodes (axes 1, 2) and the number of chromatin traces (axis 3). Each value of the matrix contains the pair-wise distance, in nanometres, between a given pair of barcodes, for a given chromatin trace. Datasets available: Drosophila melanogaster, dpp locus, nuclear cycle 12 Drosophila melanogaster, dpp locus, nuclear cycle 14
