Supplemental materials for Comparison of linear combination modeling strategies for edited MRS at 3T by Zöllner et al. 2021. (https://doi.org/10.1002/nbm.46180)

It contains the following folders:

  • code
    • MATLAB
    • R
  • data
  • raw figures
  • figures
  • statistics

The code folder contains subfolders with MATLAB analysis functions and the R plot scripts.

The quantitative results are stored as Osprey csv data files in the data folder. The results of the AIC analysis are stored as .mat files.

The resulting raw figures, figures, and statistics are stored in the raw figures, figures, and statistics folder, respectively.
