Description: This scoping review seeks to map reports from researchers in the scientific literature who evaluated the PEC e-SUS APS (in Portuguese: Prontuário Eletrônico do Cidadão e-Sistema Único de Saúde Atenção Primária à Saúde). This assessment can be related to any aspect of the system and can involve anyone who has access to the PEC. As this is an EHR (electronic health record) developed and provided by the Brazilian Ministry of Health for the country's basic health units, it is extremely important to have knowledge about the quality of the system from the users' point of view. Only then will the high investment made by the Brazilian state be effective, given that, for software to be successful, its users need to accept this new technology and be satisfied with the tools offered. Therefore, this scoping review seeks to map and gather information on evaluations of the PEC e-SUS APS.
