## HOME To achieve fair selection procedures, the strengths and pitfalls of machine learning and psychological assessment are studied here, aiming to reduce bias and adverse impact in recruitment and selection. We provide a tutor manual (for teachers/tutors) based on the problem-based learning (PBL) approach. Please be aware that you have to download the tutor manual and open it with MS Office due to password protection. OSF shows only an error message. Tutors might request the password via d.mast@mx.uni-saarland.de. The belonging workbook is open access.
